As well as being Deputy head of Senior School I am also the coordinator of Round Square activities in the Senior School, and enjoy providing students with a rich variety of opportunities to learn about themselves, the world around them, and their role in creating a just and sustainable future for all.
I studied Outdoor Education, Biology and Geography at La Trobe University in Bendigo, Victoria. After eight years working as an adventure guide in Canada, I then worked as a teacher in New South Wales and Tasmania.
I came to Scotch Oakburn as the Director of Education Outdoors and Sustainability in 2012 from Scots College in NSW. I was a Deputy Director and Assistant Outdoor Education Coordinator at Scots College’s long-term residential Outdoor Education Centre “Glengarry”.
