Year 7 French classes have visited Manu Bread in Invermay. Manu Bread is a renowned bakery that has just opened a café next to its production site in Invermay.

Propse r, the pastry chef from France, gave classes a tour of the installations. Students had the opportunity to try their French with him. He told them about the art of baking bread, and they even got to roll croissants. This was a great excursion that offered us a glimpse into the French passion for making bread and pastries. The students extended this fun trip with the lovely cakes prepared by our French host.
