Salvos Sleepout

This year, Year 12 student Cadence Brown has initiated the College participation in the Salvos Sleepout to raise awareness for homelessness in Tasmania.

The Community Sleepout takes place on Thursday 25 August.  Year 12 students will participate in a sleepout on Friday 12 August, to raise money for this very worthwhile cause. In addition, there will be a bake stall, a sausage sizzle and donation boxes for bedding, clothing and non-perishable food items made available on the Penquite Campus.

A fundraising link for the College has been set up by Cadence. This link is attached and will remain open for the month of August. Anyone wishing to donate and support their efforts can do so via this link. The Year 12 students have a goal of $10,000.00 to raise and they thank our community for any support that may be provided.
