We have an outstanding opportunity for an inspiring and experienced educational leader, to commence in January 2024 as a Head of Boarding.  This critical role actively leads the College’s Boarding House, providing a welcoming, safe and secure environment for all boarders.  As a conduit between the Boarding House and College, the Head of Boarding fosters a partnership approach with parents and families, to ensure the social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical wellbeing needs of all boarders, to enable their educational growth and development.

In parallel to supporting boarders and their families, this role is responsible for the seamless and compliant operations of the house.  Ensuring the appropriate regulatory and policy framework to support the residential care environment, oversight of the domestic services, management of financial and human resources and the constructive and supportive leadership of a dynamic and committed team of staff all sit within the remit of this busy role.

This role includes an 0.5 FTE teaching load, preferably to be worked with secondary aged students in the Middle or Senior School.
