Access to The Dash requires a College username and password.
You must use soc\ in front of your username.
Forgot your password? – a ‘forgot password’ link is available on the login screen for parents. Click login above and use the link provided.
For Students and Staff
Use your standard computer network username and password to login. (Note: soc\ is not required.) When accessing email via The Dash you will be prompted to sign in to mail, soc\ will be required for email access.
Forgot your password? Staff and students can use the link below to reset their password from any location, in or outside the College.

Past students can access their College email accounts via this link.
My login is not working
1. Ensure you have used a ‘back slash’ and not a normal slash when entering your username.

2. Check your username and password is correct. On The Dash login screen, click ‘Parents, forgotten your password?’. You will be asked to enter the email address we have on record for you. Your username and password will be emailed to you at this email address.
3. If you are entering the username as required and still receiving an error please contact one of the College receptions and they will be able to assist.

I have forgotten my password
On The Dash login screen, click ‘Parents, forgotten your password?’. You will be asked to enter the email address we have on record for you. Your username and password will be emailed to you at this email address.
How do I view my child’s report?
Log in to The Dash
Access ‘My Child’ using the quick access button on the home page (and select view reports), or using the menu ont he left hand side of the page.
The page shown below will give you details on ‘My Child’ and how to access.
For security reasons, when you click on the link ‘click here to access My Child’ you will be asked to log in again. Enter your username and password, remembering to add ‘soc\’ before your username.
You will then need to select the child you wish to view from the list shown.
Then, click on the ‘Reports’ tab.
A list of available reports will display.
You are able to view or download these as required.
How do I view tasks and assessments my child has due?
Once logged in to The Dash, you will see your child/ren listed in the top right corner of the screen. To view a child’s due tasks and assessments, click on the ‘Tasks/Assessments Due’ button.
Can I contact my child’s teacher/s through The Dash?
Yes, you can.
Click on the ‘Tasks/Assessments Due’ button for your child (see above). A list of your child’s teachers is displayed on the ‘Tasks/Assessments Due’ page.
Click on the envelope to the right of the teacher’s name you wish to email. Their email address will be sent to your computer’s email application so you will then be able to email them.
My child’s excursion is not showing on my calendar/ePlanner
Each calendar on The Dash is specific to the person viewing it.
When you log into The Dash you will see the details of your child/ren in the top right hand corner of the screen.
To view excursions and events specific to your child you can view their ePlanner by clicking on the ePlanner link provided.
