STUDENTS AND STAFF PARTICIPATE IN CANCER COUNCIL RELAY FOR LIFE

This weekend, Saturday 19 – Sunday 20 March, two teams from Scotch Oakburn will be participating in the nationwide annual Cancer Council Relay for Life at the Northern Athletics Centre, Launceston from 1.00pm on Saturday through to 9.00am on Sunday.

Team One, captained by Year 10 student Charlotte Ball consists of students and teachers of the Senior School and Team Two, captained by Boarding House Resident Mr Nick Pedley consists of Boarding House staff and students.

This event is a major fundraising activity for the Cancer Council, with every dollar raised goes towards funding vital research, prevention and support programs, many of which help people in our community every day.
