APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Admission to Scotch Oakburn College is subject to the availability of places, pre-enrolment interview, the College’s capacity to support the student and acceptance of our Conditions of Enrolment.

To be considered for entry to Scotch Oakburn College, families are required to complete an Application for Admission and pay a non-refundable application fee.

Upon receipt of the completed Application for Admission, your child’s/children’s name will be added to a waiting list of those seeking entry in the year(s) and at the year level(s) nominated.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

DOCUMENTS

As part of your application you will be asked to upload digital copies of the documents listed below. Before commencing your application please ensure you have the following:

– A scanned digital copy of proof of identification for the student. e.g. birth certificate or passport.

–  A copy of the child’s current Visa Grant Notice (if not an Australian citizen).

– A head and shoulders profile photo of your child. This ensures that our teachers can easily identify new students when they arrive and can welcome them into our community. Maximum file size 3Mb.

– A scanned digital copy of the students Immunisation Record or Immunisation Medical Exemption Form.

– A scanned digital copy of two (2) recent school reports (if applicable).

– A scanned digital copy NAPLAN report (Year 3 and above).

– Scanned copies of any relevant specialist reports, assessments or plans. e.g. Edpsych assessments, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, paediatrician reports.

– If you intend to claim Child Care Benefit or Child Care rebate, your Customer Reference Number issued by Centrelink.

–  Any relevant court orders, parenting orders or parenting plans.

–  A copy of each parent/guardian’s Drivers Licence.

APPLICATION DEPOSIT

Early Learning

A $500 non-refundable application deposit is required to complete your application and guarantees students a place in Prep.  This deposit is required at the time of enrolling within Early Learning. The deposit is rebated against your child’s account at the commencement of Prep.   The deposit is non-refundable should your child not commence in Prep at the College. On completion of your application, you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment gateway where you are able to pay via credit card or Paypal.

Prep

A $500 non-refundable application deposit is required to complete your application. This deposit is rebated against your first Prep instalment. On completion of your application, you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment gateway where you are able to pay via credit card or Paypal.

All other year levels

A non-refundable application deposit of $200 is required to complete your application. This amount is then deducted from your first account.   On completion of your application, you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment gateway where you are able to pay via credit card or Paypal.
