What you’ll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and executive-level support to the Principal, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Principal
  • Coordinating and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fielding inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within an education or not-for-profit environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate the Principal’s needs
