Stay Sharp is a senior vocal ensemble known for its dynamic performances and musical excellence. Comprising talented Year 9–12 students, the group rehearses regularly and performs at major College events such as Celebration, ANZAC Services, and the Launceston Competitions. Stay Sharp showcases contemporary and classic repertoire, often featuring soloists and small group arrangements. Participation fosters advanced musicianship, stage presence, and teamwork, while offering students a platform to express themselves artistically and contribute to the College’s vibrant performing arts culture.

Pipes & Drums at Scotch Oakburn College is a distinctive performing arts ensemble that celebrates the College’s Scottish heritage through traditional music. Students rehearse regularly to develop musical discipline, coordination, and ensemble performance skills, contributing to College events such as the Autumn and Spring Concerts, Celebration and ANZAC ceremonies. The group fosters pride, teamwork, and cultural appreciation, and offers students a unique opportunity to engage with historical musical traditions in a modern educational setting.

College Choir at Scotch Oakburn College is a vibrant co-curricular vocal ensemble open to students and staff across campuses. The choir rehearses weekly and performs regularly at major College events and concerts. With a focus on inclusivity and musical growth, the choir welcomes all experience levels and fosters confidence, collaboration, and a love of singing. Participation strengthens community spirit and showcases the College’s commitment to the performing arts through a diverse repertoire and shared performances. The current focus of this choir is Musical Theatre Songs.

The College Production is a major biennial event staged at the Princess Theatre, showcasing student talent across Years 6–12. Recent shows include Seussical The Musical, Shrek, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (High School Edition). Students engage in acting, music, choreography, and backstage roles, building confidence and creativity.
