With the Fitness centre back in full swing for the school year, it has been great to see many familiar, but also new, faces. For those of you new to the College, we invite you to take advantage of our free community fitness centre classes and trainers.

We continue to operate from 6.ooam until 8.15am each morning, led by Tim Reese on  Monday to Thursday & me on Fridays, and again in the afternoons from 3.30pm until 6.00pm with past student Jonty Darcy (’20) joining the team Monday to Wednesday. I will be there Thursday afternoons.

Below is a list of classes available each day for those interested (please note the times in the left hand column). Of course, if you want one of the qualified staff to write you up an individualised program then please do not hesitate to ask. Please note that we are always open to suggestions and ideas and more than willing to accommodate any type of program/ class.

It is never too late to start that fitness routine, remembering that we all work at different levels and that is fine.

Should you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.
