Thirteen students from Years 9 through to Year 11 participated in this year’s Japan Trip during the Term break.  Students had the opportunity to utilise their spoken Japanese skills and hone their listening skills as they navigated their way around Japan.  Many iconic places were visited: Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, Miyajima and Osaka. At just six years old, Prep student Arthur has shown that age is no barrier when it comes to making a meaningful difference in the community.

Learning about the College Value of Compassion, Arthur took his learning home and after a conversation with his family about people experiencing crisis, both globally and locally, he wondered how he might help people in his own community who were doing it tough this winter.
